python-nemu software package provides lightweight network emulator embedded in a small python library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-nemu
python-nemu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-nemu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-nemu *
You will get with python-nemu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
